Freehold · How it works
Most of the work is done before you hear from me. When I get in touch, your new site already exists, and the only decision left is yours.
You do not lift a finger for any of this. It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.
I look for small disability-sector and community organisations whose website is dated, hard to read, or no longer online, but whose work clearly deserves better.
Using only your own public content, your words, your logo, your photos, I build a complete new multi-page site. Every service, story, and name is carried across, just presented far better.
I send you a private link and a plain, honest note. No hard sell, no countdown, no tricks. You look at it in your own time, on your own terms.
If you want to keep it, there is one fair price and we get it live together. If it is not for you, a simple no is completely fine, and we part on good terms.
Because I have rebuilt your content from scratch, there is nothing technical to migrate. Going live means pointing your web address at the new site, and we do it side by side, so you learn how your own site works and are never left stuck.
Nothing about your domain changes, and you never lose it. It stays registered in your name, always.
If you run email at your domain, it keeps working exactly as it does now. I check it before and after, every time.
Most groups ask me to host the site. It costs nothing, and when you want a change you simply email me.
Prefer to hold the keys from day one? It can sit on your own free account, with me coaching you through the setup.
When something needs updating, a new staff photo, an event, a change of wording, you email me the details and I make the change for you. There is a small one-off charge per job, never a subscription and never a tie.
The exact pricing is settled with each group as the work begins, so you always know the cost before anything happens. The promise that never moves is the one on the next page: nothing monthly, ever.
If a note from me brought you here, everything above is exactly what I am offering you, with no strings. If you found this on your own and it sounds like what your group needs, reach out.
